Welcome to Elizabeth's Custom Bakes, a fully licensed and insured cake and cookie studio located in Charlton, Massachusetts, specializing in luxury wedding cakes, custom designed royal icing cookies, gourmet cupcakes, and buttercream celebration cakes.

Founded in 2017 by Elizabeth (Liz) Sullivan, what started as a small home-based cake business has since grown to include a commercial kitchen built right onto her home.

 

In 2019, Liz earned her degree (summa cum laude) in Baking and Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University with a love for creating from scratch, edible art.

Liz's passion for creating delicious and visually stunning desserts has brought her so much joy, she opened up her studio for cookie decorating classes to share her knowledge with the community. Believing strongly in supporting small businesses, her classes also run monthly at local breweries, wineries, and restaurants throughout Massachusetts.
